This was such a lovely hotel and in a nice part of what I assume is downtown Florence. The room was very comfortable and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious! I especially loved the eggplant which was also GF! The Restaurant manager made a point to say hello to everyone at breakfast and he was such a sweet gentleman from Napoli if memory serves me right.

A beautiful gem , centrally located, walking distance to train station, restaurants, shops and main tourist attractions. Very helpful staff accommodating all our needs, great breakfast to start the day and lovely and spacious rooms with a view of Santa Maria Novella Piazza.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Located on a wonderful square in Florence, everything you would want to see is only a short walk away! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are perfect! Beautiful views, clean, and great bathroom and shower! I will be staying here again any time I visit Florence!

We love staying here when we are visiting Florence, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is always very friendly. The location is central and within walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. Some of the rooms are renovated, the ones that are not are still nice and clean, we have stayed in both.

Stayed for 3 nights, hotel is clean and staff is kind and helpful. Rooms a good sized for the area. Had a safe, decent wifi and nice bathroom with rainfall shower and bidet. Located in a main square and walking distance to train station with minimal luggage and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. They are old school and have real keys on heavy keychains but you can drop off and pick up at front desk when you leave.
