I had a triplet room. The location is good. Extremely near to Santa Maria Novella (SMN, the train station). The sound insulation is GREAT. I tested the noise with windows open and windows close, it is by far the most sound proofing place I've been in Italy. Other than that, the room is nice and comfortable. I had good sleeps and showers there. The staff is friendly too. My safe box was unfortunately locked by the previous customer but the staff (Marco) helped me to keep my belongings in their safe box. Shout out to Marco for writing down all the attractions on our map. He even told us which bus to use as the Google Maps information on buses were outdated! I highly recommend this place

The visit was good we stayed in a two story apartment and we had three beds In our hotel room and a nice tv. It was really close to the train station so that is good. Good location. Good breakfast. Good service, except for when they were supposed to bring our breakfast but they forgot. Overall good.

Really good place; Marco and his staff gave me a truly family feeling. The room was clean, quiet and confortable with a small bar, big screen TV, fully equipped bathroom. The place is in the center really close to the station and the tram to the airport. The waiter provide me suggestion on how to explore the city and where to have dinner.

Had the pleasure of visiting this hotel October 2018. Angelica is a really amazing helpful and friendly host. Incredibly welcoming upon arrival, took time to advise on best places to go and travel routes. Was as helpful throughout the whole entire stay. Have traveled to many European cities, never in any Hotel came across a host so helpful. She is the top reason I will return to this hotel when I come to Florence again! A valuable member to the hotel team, massively appreciated by myself and many other guests I am certain. Hotel has many reviews for great staff, and they really are well deserved. Hotel is really modern and comfortable too, prime location but tucked away from the busy streets. 10/10!
