Perfect location, just in front of the station (but very quiet, and my room was super quiet, as I desired). Mattress are very modern and comfort (the right equilibrium to embrace the body). I slept very well. My room was simple (classic) but with everything I needed to work in peace and sleep nicely (also I requested a room in a quiet position, and with the bathtub - they put me in the perfect room for me). I tried the amazing rooftop bar (it is the best to look all around Florence). I am so looking forward to coming back!!!! thank you so much!!!!!!!!! Simona (room 446)

I felt like a princess in my hotel room. This is a former palace so no room as far as layout is exactly the same. The front desk staff were amazing and extremely attentive. All the staff were so nice and welcoming, never appeared tired or annoyed just genuinely nice and professional. The roof top bar/lounge has beautiful views

Perfect location, right across the train station. You get a phone with data to use during your stay! I thought this was the best idea it was very helpful for navigating the city. The junior suite was huge and lavish, breakfast was delicious (there were mimosas!) and the view from the rooftop was beautiful. Definately recommend this place!

Stayed for two nights in a garden Room. It was a wonderful stay, the location is ideal, near enough to the tourist areas but in a quieter area. It is not a super modern hotel with swimming pools and spas, instead it has a quiet elegance with understated quality. A special note for the professional staff who make everything appear effortless and your custom appreciated. The view from the rooftop bar, also where breakfast is served, should not be missed.
