Great location, easy to reach from the station, and to walk around the whole center. I took a triple room, very spacious and cozy. Too bad for the missing bidet, but there was the shower head next to the toilet. The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful, explaining to us all that was to be known.

The Centro hotel is really close to all the wonders of Florence. When you arrive in front of the door, you can't imagine finding a nice, clean and tastefully furnished room, a new bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle. You can't have breakfast but there is a tea room. Friendly, friendly and helpful receptionists for any need. I recommend it and will definitely be back.

Good value for money, excellent location close to all the main attractions of Florence within walking distance. The staff is kind and competent, interested in solving the problems that have arisen immediately. Recommended ear plugs for those who are sensitive to nighttime noise that can sometimes disturb. My best friend and I travelled through Italy and Hotel Centro was by far the best hotel we stayed at. The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help and answer any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, room and bath were very clean. The old building was very modern and clean inside. Excellent location right in the center of Florence. Carrefour Express right next door was a huge plus for us, they had an excellent variety of foods and drinks, as was the mini fridge in our room. The owner was even kind enough to let us leave our luggage upon checkout while we waited a few hours for our train to leave and return whenever we liked. We had a key to unlock the main door, gate, and entrance to the hotel so we could come and go as we pleased no matter the time. She gave us a map of the city and showed us major tourist spots and where good restaurants can be found. I definitely plan on returning to Florence and Hotel Centro in the future. Absolutely loved it there, one of my favorite cities now. :).
