Hotel Boutique Hugo in Firenze is a perfect place for your stay. Nice, clean, comfy and its location is perfect, just 10 or 15 minutes walk to the main attractions of the city (less than 5 to Galleria dell’Accademia, San Marco or Santissima Annunziata). Rooms and hotel facilities are extremely clean and breakfast is very good, served with love by the staff, which makes the difference. Rocco, the hotel manager, is helpful and friendly, and he will help you with everything you need. Good value for money. I definitely will stay here when I come back to Firenze.

Perfection! From the moment we stepped into the stairwell we were well taken care of. Our room newly renovated and just beautifully done. Hotel staff was very accommodating, kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect! When in Florence this is the place to be. A short walk to anything you want to see. Absolutely lovely. The breakfast is very good. The room very comfortable. Everything is very nicely decorated and clean. Locationwise, 5 min walking to Galleria dell'Accademia and 10 min to the Duomo, so it's great. The personal is sweet and friendly, the attention very personal. I'll definitely come back and I recommend it to everyone.

Great boutique hotel with amazing hospitality from Rocco. The hotel is on the third floor but this was not an issue for us. Rooms were clean, with all the basics you would need for your stay. Decor for the hotel in general was tastefully done. Breakfast was delicious. Cappuccino was good and I liked the selection of pastries. Most importantly Rocco was fantastic. Always offering to help us with our luggage, recommending his favourite restaurants and always greeting us when we came in and out. Don’t think, just book!

Our stay at the Hotel Hugo was clean and comfortable, with an updated bathroom, a medium-sized (plenty large for a couple staying 3 nights) bedroom with a nice wardrobe and solid street-view out our window, delicious breakfast, and maybe the best staff experience of our two-week, four-city trip through northern Italy. The combination of price, amenities, and location make Hotel Hugo a great choice, but what really stood out to us was the friendly, attentive, above-and-beyond-helpful service from hotel manager Rocco. Really an enjoyable, memorable stay in Florence, and Hotel Hugo is the first place we would look if we made a return trip.
