Nice familiar hotel in the third floor. It has a nice ambience. The furnaces are quite wild composed, but everything fits. The breakfast is the best: You get breads witch a complete accomplished with butter, cheese or meat. The juices have perfect quality.

have spent 3 nights there, the room was super clean, Nadia kthe hostess) was really nice and friendly, and the location was about 50 steps from the Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. The area was safe and secure and you can reach to almost all of the main tourist attractions by walk. It has also a great breakfast. Absolutely recommend it.

Well worth the price. I am traveling by myself and this hotel just feels like home. The three ladies worked there are all very nice. Room has outlets close to bed and water kettle and I felt great having some tea after a chilly day. Very close to train station.

Was here only for a day, but... Place has lots of goods. Perfect location (despite leaving the car on the nearest private parking 27€/day), intimate rooms, real Italian breakfast, lady in charge (not sure if she's an owner) the most helpful and open person i've met during my italian trip, finally -ordinary interior -probably not everyone will love it but it definitely creates this magic, even artistic atmosphere. The only thing is the lift. It is small as you can expect in such buildings and requires walking a few first steps -baby stroller wouldn't get there. Let's say, going there just be ready for quite a surprise (think in a positive way) :)
