Andreas was super helpful showing us a great walking route and places to eat around Florence. He gave us a choice of rooms. Tall ceilings give a great sense of space and grandeur. Very very comfy bed. Quiet. Perfect! Oh, and the location is the best. Just get a taxi here.. don’t bother driving.. the drive and parking are simply a little awkward.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, the staff do above and beyond to make sure that you have a great stay, whatever it takes. Recommendations, reservations, etc. The free breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The complete hotel is spotless, and I am tough to please.
